6. Palautusoikeus / Return policy

6.1 When making a purchase at Indiska, 30 days of return rights always apply. This means that you as a customer have the right to return your purchase within 30 days from the time of purchase. For products marked with SALE or STOCK SALE, you have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days after receiving your order.

6.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a broken seal and they cannot be returned due the health or hygiene reasons (for example: jewelry, stocking, lingerie, cosmetic products, swimwear and similar products). If a product has been sealed, the customer may not break the seal if the customer wants to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right to return an item ends when the customer breaks the seal.

6.3 Products must be returned in one of Indiska's stores or sent to Indiska's distribution center (applies to orders made at indiska.com) before the right to return expires. For orders made at the web shop you need to register the return at our return portal (FI) and use the QR code provided. 

6.4 When making a withdrawal, the customer will pay the return shipping fee. The customer bears the responsibility of the products condition from when the customer has received the products until Indiska again receives the package of return. Indiska therefore recommends the customer to send the products well wrapped, in good condition and in the original packing. The item should be returned within 30 days from the date of notice. 

6.5 All returns must be made through Indiska's distribution center or to one of Indiska's stores in the country from which the order was placed, with valid receipt showed. When making a return to Indiska's distribution center, the QR code from the Return Portal should be used. 

6.6 Sometimes Indiska might offer free shipping for returns. If this apply, it will be written at the website.

6.7 When the customer return an entire purchase, Indiska will repay the delivery cost and the total amount paid for the products, minus a return fee. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs added as a result of the customer choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery method provided by Indiska. Upon a partly return of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded and also a return fee is deducted. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, Indiska reserve the right to deduct a sum of corresponding value. Current return fees can bee seen here: Is there any return fee? – INDISKA

6.8 Indiska will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days from the date that Indiska receive the returned order. The refund will be made trough Klarna.
