What will happen if my items are not returned in marketable condition?

We reserve the right to refuse or make a value deduction if the condition of the products has changed to such an extent that it can no longer be sold to another customer without making a reduction of the price. All returns and complaints therefore undergo an assessment of approval before being accepted. When makeing a return on one of our stores, the staff will make this assessment.
