If you shop at indiska.com and send your items back to our warehouse though a parcel service point, it may take between 1-2 weeks before the return is registered at Indiska. Once your return has been registered, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Then a return assessment is made and upon approved return we adjust your payment. Do you live in Norway?
For us to handle your return, we kindly ask you to provide us at customer@indiska.com with your order number, article number for each item you wish to return and the reason of return. If you have already handed in the return, please also include the return tracking number.
