Why am I not able to sign in as a member?

If you have trouble signing in as a member at indiska.com, always check the following:

  • Are you a member of My Indiska?

  • Are you registered as a member for online purchases? If you have become a member in one of our physical stores, you need to register your membership at our website before you have the opportunity to sign in to your account

  • Do you use the email address on which your membership is registered?
    If you have forgotten which email address you entered at registration, you can fill in your different email addresses, on at a time, and click "Forgotten your password?". If the email address is not registered, a message will appear saying that there is no account associated with that email

  • If the email address is correct, then select "Forgotten your password?". An email will be sent to the specified email address where you can follow the instructions to set up a new password. If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, double check your spam mail and you might find it there
