5.1 Products that are in stock are usually delivered within five (working) days from the time your order at the webshop was confirmed. Indiska is responsible for damage caused by delays only if it follows from mandatory law. More information about terms of delivery can be found here.
5.2 If a delivery takes more than 30 (working) days and if nothing else is agreed between you as a customer and Indiska, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
5.3 The customer can redeem the package at the parcel service point within 14 days from the date of receipt delivery notification. The package should be picked up at the parcel service point in person with valid a ID. The customer always receives a notification showing where and when the package is to be collected. The notification can be sent to the customer by mail, email, telephone call or text message. If the customer fail to collect the package, Indiska reserve the right to charge the customer a fee of retun shipping.
