If you have made your purchase at indiska.com, you can submit your complaint to Indiska's warehouse trough a parcel service point.
The broken item should be well wrapped in its orginal package or similar packaging. Attach the retun note where you describe the product's defect and apply the prepaid return label to the outside of the package. Then submit your package to a parcel service point. Remember to save the order number and tracking number for your purchase so that you easily can follow the package's journey back to Indiska.
If the complaint is approved Indiska will replace the damaged product, only if you have selected the option "YES" at the return note saying that you would like a new product to be sent to you. This provided that the products is in stock. If you select the option "NO", if no option is selected or if the item is out of stock you will be refunded instead. Note that you must select these options at the return note before submitting your complaint and attach the note to you package.
In the case of a complaint, Indiska is responsible for the return shipping fee. You will not be charged if the attached return label is used and if the complaint is approved.
