How do I change an item?

Would you like to change the size of your garment? No worries, you are welcome to do so free of charge in any of our Indiska stores with valid receipt.

If you have made an order at indiska.com, you will need to bring the digital receipt that was sent to your email when your order was shipped from or warehouse. Please note that the delivery note or payment information from Klarna does not work as a receipt upon exchange or return. It is only possible to create a return or exchange in the country from which the products were bought or where the order was placed.

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be administered through our warehouse and therefore you cannot exchange your products by sending your order back to us through a parcel service point. Instead, we warmly refer you to visit one of our stores if possible.

Do you not have the opportunity to visit a store? Or do you not have an Indiska store in your country? Then submit your item as a return to our warehouse and then placing a brand-new order at indiska.com containing the item you with to buy. Please note that there will be a return shipping cost added for all returns sent back to our warehouse.
