How do I return an item?

If you are not totally satisfied with all or parts of your purchase you are always welcome to make a return.

A purchase made in one of our stores can be returned to any Indiska store in the country of which the products was bought within 30 days from the date of purchase. Remember to always bring a valid receipt.

If you made an order at indiska.com, 30 days will be counted from the date you did collect the package at the parcel service point. Indiska will charge you a shipping fee for the return which is settled upon refund.

Online purchases can be returned to any Indiska store in the country of which the products was bought. This applies to online orders made in Sweden, Norway and Finland. Remember to always bring a valid receipt. The online receipt was sent to your email when your order left the Indiska warehouse.

Please note, that the right of withdrawal only apply to products in sellable condition where all price tags remain intact. The right of withdrawal do not apply in case of broken seals, unless this is necessary to try or inspect the item. Food, tights, stockings and jewelry with broken seals will not be accepted as returns.
