How do I return an item?

If you are not totally satisfied with all or parts of your purchase you are always welcome to make a return.

A purchase made in one of our stores can be returned to any Indiska store in the country of which the products was bought within 30 days from the date of purchase. For products marked with SALE or STOCK SALE, you have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days after receiving your order. Remember to always bring a valid receipt.

If you made an order at indiska.com, 30 days will be counted from the date you did collect the package at the parcel service point. Please observe that there are a 14 day rule for SALE or STOCK SALE items. Indiska will charge you a shipping fee for the return which is settled upon refund.

Online purchases can be returned to any Indiska store in the country of which the products was bought. This applies to online orders made in Sweden and Finland. Remember to always bring a valid receipt. The online receipt was sent to your email when your order left the Indiska warehouse.

Please note, that the right of withdrawal only apply to products in sellable condition where all price tags remain intact. The right of withdrawal do not apply in case of broken seals, unless this is necessary to try or inspect the item. Food, tights, stockings and jewelry with broken seals will not be accepted as returns.

Please contact Indiska Customer Service by email and we will send you your return labels. For us to handle your return, we kindly ask you to provide us with your order number, product number for each item you wish to return and the reason of return (1: Damaged/Broken, 2: Fitting, 3: Quality, 4: Color, 5: Regretted purchase, 6: Other reason).
