If you wish to return an online order, you are welcome to do so in our physical stores free of charge.
If you want to return an order or part of an order to our web warehouse, you need to open our website and register the return in our return portal (NO) / return portal (FI). After you have logged in to your order on our website, select the products you want to return and enter the reason for the return. Once this is done, you will receive a QR code via email. Bring the QR code and the return parcel to the nearest PostNord agent. You can also access your QR code in the PostNord app. Please use the same packaging that the order came in or use some other suitable and durable packaging/bag. Keep in mind that it costs 129 NOK/4.50 € to send the return to our web warehouse.
If it is an order that you have chosen to pick up in store (Click & Collect) or a store purchase, you can only return in our physical stores. (Finland)
Do you live in Norway?
For us to handle your return, we kindly ask you to provide us at customer@indiska.com with your order number, article number for each item you wish to return and the reason of return.
