8.1 The right of complaint covers products that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Complaints should be made in any of Indiska's stores with a valid receipt shown, or through Indiska's distribution center (only valid for orders made at indiska.com). The enclosed return form should be filled in and sent with the package to Indiska's distribution center. The enclosed shipping label shoul also be used. Complaints made within two months from the time the customer discovered the defect is always considered to have been submitted in valid time. The right of complaint is maximum 3 years.
8.2 When a complaint sent to the Indiska distribution center, Indiska will determine if the complaint is valid. Indiska will then provide the customer with a complete item, if the customer has selected the option "YES" at the return form. If the item is sold out, if "NO" or no alternative is selected, the customer will be refunded within 30 days from the time Indiska do receive the complaint. Indiska reserves the right to refuse an invalid complaint, if it proves that the product is not defect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, Indiska apply guidelines from the Swedish General Complaints Board (arn.se), the Finnish Kuluttajariitalaurakunta (the Consumer Disputes Committee) (kuluttajariita.fi) and the Norweigan Consumer Disputes Committee (forbrukertvistutvalget.no).
8.3 Indiska is responsible for the return fee related to all approved complaints.
