How do I make a complaint in a store?

Complaints are made free of charge directly in one of our stores. Bring the damaged product and a valid receipt. If you made a purchase at, a digital receipt was sent to your email when you placed the order. If you do not have the digital receipt, please contact our Customer Service team and we will resend it to you.

In case of complaints in stores, you will get a new product if the product is in stock or refunded.

If you have chosen the payment method Klarna invoice for your purchase at you must pay the invoice to Klarna before the due date expires. Our stores are not able to adjust your invoice and instead you will get money transfered to your bank account directly at the store. If you have chosen the card payment method for your order, you will keep the money you receive in the store.
