If you have made a purchase at indiska.com you can either return your products in one of our stores or send them back to our warehouse. If you decide to send them back, you should do this trough a parcel service point. Note that there will be a shipping fee. Store returns are only available for orders made in Sweden and Finland.
Fill in the enclosed return note where you explain the reason of the return and place the return note inside the package. Apply the shipping label visible on the outside of the package. Then submit your package to the nearest parcel service point provided by the carrier. Remember to save the tracking number of the return package in order to track the shipment.
Please note that you as a customer are responsible to ensure that the goods arrive to Indiska in undamaged condition, therefore we recommend you to wrapp the products well and seal the package properly. Preferably in its orginal packaging or corresponding packaging.
Have you already recycled the return note and shipping label? No worries! Contact Indiska Customer Service and we will arrange new labels for you.
