Is it possible to return an online order in one of your stores?

Returns are easily made and free of charge in any of our stores within 30 days. This applies to orders made in Sweden, Norway and Finland and the return can only be made in the country of which the products was bought. Remember to always bring a valid receipt.

If you placed your order at indiska.com, a digital receipt has been sent from Indiska to your email. You are to bring this receipt to the store when making a return. Feel free to bring it in a digital format or printed. If you do not have this receipt, you are more than welcome to contact Indiska Customer Service and we will resend it to you. Please note that your delivery note or the payment information from Klarna is not validated as a receipt upon exchange or return.

Refunds of online orders in any of our stores are always made to your creditcard. If you have selected Klarna invoice as the payment method for your purchase at indiska.com, you must pay the invoice before the due date expires. Our stores are not able to adjust the invoice, instead the money will be transfered to you in the store and with this money you should pay the invoice. If you have chosen card payment or direct payment for your order, you will keep the money you receive in the store.

Please note, that returns must be made in the same country where they were purchased or from where you ordered your products.

Open purchase and exchange rights apply to products in their original condition within 30 days, upon presentation of the original receipt. It does not apply to giftcards, food, tights, stockings, jewelry without sealing or House of Flowers.
