Is it possible to return an online order in one of your stores?

Returns are easily made and free of charge in any of our stores within 30 days. This applies to orders made in Sweden and Finland and the return can only be made in the country in which the products was bought.

Remember to always bring a valid receipt. If you placed your order at indiska.com, a digital receipt has been sent from Indiska to your email. You are to bring this receipt to the store when making a return. Feel free to bring it in a digital format or printed. If you do not have this receipt, you are more than welcome to contact Indiska Customer Service and we will resend it to you. Please note that your delivery note or the payment information from Klarna is not validated as a receipt upon exchange or return. 

If you have selected Klarna invoice as the payment method for your purchase at indiska.com, the invoice will be adjusted or credited directly via Klarna. If you have chosen card payment or direct payment for your order, you will be refunded via the same payment method. 

Open purchase and exchange rights apply to products in their original condition within 30 days, upon presentation of the original receipt. It does not apply to giftcards, food, tights, stockings or jewelry without sealing. For products marked with SALE or STOCK SALE, you have the right to return your purchased items within 14 days after receiving your order.
