How do I make a complaint?

If you have the misfortune to receive a damaged or defective product, you are always welcome to make a complaint.

Complaints can be made directly in one of our stores with a valid receipt. Read more about how to make a complaint in stores here.

If you have made your purchase at you can also send the broken item to our warehouse trough the parcel service point. Read more about how to submit your item here.
