How do I place an order at

At you are able to shop our latest collections and enjoy a world filled with inspiration. We receive news every week, and are proud to percent fashion, accessories and home products.

It is easy and safe to place an order at and the products will be delivered to your pick up point within 2-5 working days. Please note that the time of delivery may vary.

1. a) Select the right country and currency for your order. If you use a computer or tablet, you will find the country selection at the top right of the page. In your smartphone you will find the country selection at the bottom of the menu.

1. b) Select the item, color, size and the number of items you would like to buy. Add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart". As you shop, the number and amount in the shopping cart will be updated at the top right corner of the page. If you tap the shopping cart icon on the right side of the screen, you can see what products you have added to the shopping cart, and remove items you do not wish to keep by clicking the bin next to the product.

2. When you are satisfied with your order and would like to complete your purchase, tap the "To checkout" button in the shopping cart or the "To checkout" button at the top right side of the webpage. Here you will find a summary of the products you have chosen as well as the total amount. Make sure that you have selected the right number, color and size of your products.

3. You can now either complete your purchase directly or first register as a member of My Indiska. The registration is quick, simple and makes it easier for you to track your package, get an overview of your order history, get exclusive offers and you also collect points for every SEK you spend. These points will later on be converted into bonus checks. If you are already part of My Indiska, sign in with your details before completing the purchase.

4. At checkout, you first select where you want to retrieve your package by filling in the zip code. The parcel service point is preselected, but in this stage you are also able to choose another pick up point close to you. Then read and accept the terms of purchase.

5. Continue to the payment stage. Choose your payment method, fill in all details requested and click the "Complete purchase" button to complete your order.

6. You will receive your order number at the completion page of your purchased order, note this order number for any future contact with Customer Service. When your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

7. When your order has been packed you will receive a receipt by email informing you that your package is on its way to you. If an item should be sold out, this will appear at your order confirmation.

8. All payments are handled by Klarna and Klarna will contact you with any related information. Feel free to contact Klarna if you have question related to your payment.
